HO CHI MINH CITY, March 18, 2025, Pfizer Vietnam Limited Company (Pfizer VN) and Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed to foster knowledge sharing in vaccine production in Vietnam. This collaboration underscores the commitment of both parties to improve the healthcare ecosystem in Vietnam by leveraging their respective strengths and expertise.

The primary objective of this MOU is to establish a good faith framework for collaboration between Pfizer VN and VNVC to assist VNVC in its endeavor to enhancing its ability to establish a vaccine production site. The collaboration will focus on sharing knowledge and facilitating the development of general competencies in vaccine manufacturing. Through this collaboration, Pfizer VN will conduct knowledge sharing sessions, while VNVC seeks to advance its goal of establishing a state-of-the-art vaccine manufacturing.

This effort not only enhances individual and community disease prevention but also aligns with General Secretary Tô Lâm’s directives to the health sector to improve preventive healthcare, vaccination, and reduce the burden on treatment systems.”
